City drivers and road drivers are covered by a labor contract. Our employees' base wages are highly competitive. In addition, other benefits significantly improve an employee's total compensation package.
New full-time employees earn 75% of the current wage for the first year, 80% for the next six months, 90% after 18 months and 100% of the full base rate beginning on their second anniversary. After your second anniversary, here's what you may expect to earn*.
