City drivers and road drivers are covered by a labor contract. Our employees' base wages are highly competitive. In addition, other benefits significantly improve an employee's total compensation package.
New full-time employees earn 85% of the current wage for the first year, 90% for the second year, 95% for the third year and 100% of the full base rate beginning on their third anniversary. After your third anniversary, here's what you may expect to earn*.
